GENERAL RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Because we take great pride in our hand produced garments we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to try and make sure that every garment is perfect but sometimes we can make mistakes. In the rare occurence of us making an error then we will do our very best to work with you to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. If, for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with your order then you can return the item to us for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You can also return the item to us between 15 and 28 days from the date of purchase but instead you will receive a gift card to use on our website equal to the full amount paid for the returned item.

how to make a return

If you do want to make a return then pack the item back in all of the original packaging and send it back to us at the address indicated on this page (see below). Be sure to also download, complete and include the "Returns Form" (also below) with your returned item. Any returns received without this returns form won’t be able to be processed quickly and easily so would lengthen the time of the procedure. We advise the use of a recorded delivery service to avoid any potential problems that may arise during transit.

If you would like to exchange an item then the quickest way to do this is to place another, separate order for the item that you would like instead. Then, simply return the original item back to us for a refund via the method outlined above. We have found that this is the most efficient way of offering an exchange service.

WHEN YOU RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

  • Try to use a trackable postal service so that we can track the item if there are any problems.
  • The item should be unworn and new (obviously initial try on is perfectly acceptable)
  • Please include all of the original packaging as unfortunately refunds or exchanges won't be possible otherwise.
  • Try to avoid trying on the garment if you are wearing a strong perfume or deodorant.
  • Try to use suitable outer packaging when returning an item. An opaque postage bag would be ideal.
  • Remember to include the "Returns Form" within your returned parcel.

REFUND TIMESCALE

We will always try to process refund requests as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 7 working days, from the date of the garment arriving back with us, for your request to be processed. If you have any questions once you have returned an item please don't hesitate to contact us as we would be more than happy to help.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

Amounts paid for return postage will be reimbursed to the customer if we have made a fault with the original garment order or shipment (for example: wrong item sent by us, faulty garment, garment sent to the wrong address or order not sent out in time).
